I received to review a (blue) mini stair stepper w/resistance band which came very well packed in the box with shipping foam and the stepper was wrapped in a plastic bag. The box also included an anti-friction pad, Allen key, wrench, mini oil bottle and an easy guide manual. The stair stepper is ideal for losing or maintaining a healthy weight, good for cardiopulmonary function & aerobic respiration capacity, helps you sculpt & build into an S-shaped body and its suitable for teenagers & adults. It has a 330lbs weight capacity perfect for home or workplace, dorm room or hotel room and its no ordinary stepper that functions (up/down) this stepper swivels side to side with up/down motion while exercising. It measures 12" x 17" x 7.88" which would fit under a bed, table, computer desk, in a cabinet or closet. It has an LCD digital display of record exercise time, exercise frequency, calorie consumption & total count, a double steel hydraulic cylinder, resistance band with a hook that easily attaches to the stepper and a non-slip foot petal.

A must have! It's perfect for sculpting, toning, shaping the body.
