The pillow doesn't have too much inner height, but it completely supports & comfort head & neck which help relieve any pressure, pain and constant restless nights of tossing and turning. The pillow cover has tight sewn stitching, thin soft material and has a zipper on one side, but the only problem was the shrinkage. My mom is impressed with the quality of the bounce back texture with daily use it never deforms.
