It measures 15.35'' x 11.22'' x 7.28'' which would fit under a bed, table, computer desk or in a cabinet or closet. It has a digital display of (count) record your step, (time) record exercise time and (calorie) calculates the amount of heat you consumed in your exercise movements. The pedals are made of high quality ABS material and measures 12.80" long & 1.38" wide, it provides balance & comfort with each step. The resistance band has a hook at each end that can be easily attached to the stepper and the pad has a non-slip base which prevents the stepper from sliding or moving around on hard floors.
It's great to have to tone, lose weight or shape the body. Each step I can feel my legs, thighs, buttocks & hips toning and sculpting. It's heavy when carrying it, but it's quiet and does provide the maximum fat burning workout without having to go to the gym. Perfect to gift for any special occasion.
