I decided to make vanilla cupcakes which all you need to add into the baking powder mix is 3 eggs, 1/3 cup of oil, 1/3 cup of water and one Tbsp of vanilla extract. As shown in my video the baking mix blended very well as I kept blending the mixture turned into a nice fluffy texture leaving no lumps or chunks.

The baking mix, makes 12 cupcakes (as shown in photo above). I made one cupcake pan with semi-sweet baking chocolate chip morsels and the other cupcake pan just the baking mix. When the cupcakes were baking it had a heavy aroma of vanilla extract and vanilla flavor smelled so yummy. It fluffed up very nicely and turned a nice almond color. I drizzled cupcakes with vanilla frosting, sprinkled with cinnamon powder and topped with a cherry. The vanilla cupcake texture is moist, soft & fluffy tastes so deliciously flavorful makes a delightful treat with coffee, hot cocoa and tea.
Dark chocolate almond soft baked snack bar texture is incredibly soft and chewy. They were my favorite because of the variety of mixes of seeds, fruit flavors with the dark chocolate taste so scrumptious! Simple Mills baking mix and snack bars would make a delightful treat at party, social events, celebrations, weddings, bridal shower and would make a lovely gift to someone you know who loves to bake.
