The body pillow came in vacuum sealed plastic once I opened the package the body pillow fluffed out nicely. The body pillow is great for sofa/couch, bed, and place it upside to use as a back pillow sit back on it when reading books, on laptop or tablet, watching TV, etc. The pillow has a very plush and fluffy texture the fabric is strong enough that won't rip, tear or get out of shape after a few washes, and the insert won't wear down or get flattened after a few washes the pillow maintains its fluffiness. It's comfortable and relaxing the pillow is not stiff, unlike other body pillows. The insert cushion comfort body, head and neck very well, providing a restful night's sleep or daytime nap and it's also  perfect for pregnancy support it would comfort any body aches. Great quality I highly recommend!
