I was sent 36 inch x 6 inch high density premium EVA foam roller, which is for muscle therapy, mobility & flexibility and preventing soreness. Great for beginners and advanced users. This roller is lightweight, easy to carry anywhere for traveling, gym etc. I use it for back therapy and really it had helped with eliminating pressure pain especially after my workouts.
