I was sent hydro shakers, one music cd, one dvd and two exercising pamphlets for my grandmother to review. Hydro shakers is recommended for all ages, it's lightweight, has a smooth grip handle to hold firmly, a rubbery band to place hand through to hold the handle, and doesn't make loud noises when shaking while exercising. The music cd called hydro waves & ripples featuring the hydro hustle has 13 songs to make your workout more fun to enjoy. The dvd is a 4 part instructional video with each part for beginners, ups & downs, sitting and advanced. The dvd consists of hydro conditioning, family instruction and fitness rehabilitation. The two pamphlets has great information about swingers & shakers shows the many wonderful exercises you can do with your swingers & shakers.

My grandmother been wanting a long time to do some exercises but some of the exercises are either way to fast or just hard for her to do. She was very pleased with her hydro shakers she told me how easy it is and never weighed her arms down because its lightweight.
