I had received to review essential oil for weight loss and appetite control. This is an external use only. It can be applied onto belly, hip & thigh, and can be added into a bath (3 teaspoons). I had done either way, by adding it into my bath or applying it onto my thigh area which needs the most. What I like is it doesn't irritate nor make my skin itch, it feels great while on my skin and better in a bath, which leaves my skin smooth. It does promote more energy and eliminates excess water. You can find the essential oil for weight loss and appetite control at Amazon
