The easy guide manual was very helpful by showing step by step and provides info on the front upper and lower buttons, It's very simply to use the bottom button is for inserting wine opener into the cork and the top is to release the cork from the bottle. The wine opener is not loud while opening the wine bottle and it doesn't make any cork mess. The electric wine opener has a slim design which won't take up space on a kitchen counter, table, nightstand, etc. Very beautiful set will make a lovely gift to give for a wine lover.
