The Mionetto family in 1982 introduced autoclave fermentation by switching to the Charmat method for better preservation of Prosecco flavors and aromas. Passed from generations of having relationship with vineyard owners Mionetto provides the highest quality and quantity of grapes to a winery. Mionetto dedication to winery dates back from generation. What you'll expect from Mionetto is a high quality wine at an affordable price.
I received to review:

Rose extra drythe grape blend red varietals are made in the Veneto and Terntino region of Italy, and are harvested in the second half of September. The sparkling wine has "peach blossom" peach color with pink hues, notes of raspberry, cherry, wild strawberry and a hint of violet finish, palate of red raspberry & strawberry and a fine persistent perlage and has a 11.5% alcohol.

Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut- the Glera grapes are grown in the Veneto region of Italy, and are harvested in the second half of September. The wine has a light straw color with bright yellow highlights with aromas of golden apples, peach & honey, palate of a lively clean dry finish and has 11% alcohol.
The wines have beautiful presentation, appearance and quality to enjoy at social gathering, special occasion party, wedding, bridal shower or celebrate a romantic night with a special someone. Each wine has a unique taste with a finish that doesn't leave any aftertaste. Mionetto wines will make the perfect Mother's day gift. Great quality I highly recommend!
