Mediterra Nutrition Bar Review

Mediterra nutrition bars, was inspired by by the time-tested Mediterranean diet. The company had created a healthy option from the Mediterranean diet, they have taken of it's all natural ingredients,  nutrient rich fruits & vegetables, fiber packed grains & seeds to make a healthy nutrition bar. Good health is their nature and they offer a variety of delicious flavors. 

 I was sent to review for my holiday gift guide a variety pack flavors of savory bars of sundried tomato & basil and black olives & walnuts, sesame energy bars of pistachio & honey and orange & honey, yogurt & oat bars of apricot & pistachio and cherry & pistachio. These nutrition bars are all natural, gluten free and non GMO. The nutrition bars have a great full flavored taste, they don't have a hard texture unlike other nutrition bars I had bought, in fact the texture is very smooth and these nutrition bars can be easily break in half to enjoy every bite. What I like is they each come individually wrapped which is perfect to take on-the-go, traveling, long distance drives, etc. The nutrition bars are delicious and will keep you full and satisfied.
