I was sent to review sleep mask with a pair of ear plugs. This sure is a great quality of sleep mask, it doesn't slide side to side while i'm sleeping nor the strap don't feel tight around head. I had noticed the morning light does not reflect through the sleep mask. The ear plugs does in fact shuts out all noises so i can get a good night rest. Love it and i use it every night.
