I was sent to review a bottle of 60 softgel capsules of triple strength omega 3 fish oil. Unlike other omega 3 fish oils that had upset my stomach and makes me gasy, but with this omega 3 i had none of those problems at all. The supplement never upset my stomach nor given any other side effect. This is a very good product to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Directions is take two capsules daily. It helps support weight loss, joints, healthy heart, brain, vision, skin, and cardiovascular health.
