It's very easy to use, simply fill the bottle with warm water, place one refill into the bottle, wait about one minute & shake gently and it's ready to use. This citrus all purpose cleaner cleans my kitchen counter top very nicely, and love how it leaves my bathroom sink and toilet sparkling clean.
