I was sent to review a bottle of  90 softgel capsules of CLA. The diet supplement helps increase weight loss, burns away fat and improves metabolism. Unlike other CLA supplement i had bought that upsets my stomach really bad, but this one never upset my stomach at all nor given me any other side effects. What i like about it is it not only improves metabolism but helps burns fat naturally without any harsh ingredients.
