If your a reader from my blog then you know my passion and love is cooking. I had bought tons of cutting boards and nothing had compared with Mario Batali, for the reason being is his cutting boards has quality and classic style. Since having the pleasure in reviewing the cutting boards i noticed they always fit firmly onto my kitchen counter surface, they never slip nor slide side to side unlike my other cutting boards that does that. I had also noticed when i cut my meats, cheese, breads the cutting boards hardly has any scratches from my knives. This was the best cutting boards loved how easy to clean & wash, also makes a great decor to any table when either servings guest, or at parties etc.
