I was given this great opportunity to review two bagged cookies maple squares and key lime white chocolate plus three cake mixes yellow, spice and chocolate. I love baking and gluten free products and i was so excited to review cake mixes the first one i baked immediately was yellow cake mix.
I don't like using the oven in this hot weather so i decided to bake the yellow cake mix on my cupcake maker. The directions on on back of the bag stated on what you need to bake with the cake mixes "3 large eggs, 2/3 stick of butter or non dairy, substitute (softened) 1/4 cup of milk or water."
I mixed the whole mixture in my blender and it turned out very fluffy and creamy and when it was baking in my cupcake maker i smelled the yellow cake of the aroma of vanilla smelled so heavenly! My cupcake came out fantastic their soft and tender on the outside and very chewy and super moist in the inside.
Since i had some guests that had came over to my house i really wanted them to try this gluten free cake i decorated my cupcake with key lime icing and since i didn't have any sprinkles so i decided to sprinkle as toppings some granola i had. My guest loved the cupcake and i told them its gluten free and they were shocked they told me they couldn't tell the difference they said the cake was fabulously delicious!
Bagged cookies of maple squares and key lime white chocolate are big size cookies (as shown in picture above) their super moist and extremely chewy. The maple squares really has the all natural taste of maple i love them best in the mornings with a side of cup of coffee they taste divine. Key lime white chocolate taste incredible burst full flavor of key lime with big chunks of white chocolate they were so yummy!
