Lifeway kefir had sent me to review 4 frozen bars in flavor of pear, vanilla, green tea raspberry, coconut and 1 pomegranate pint. The company has many great frozen products besides their bars and pint they have cheese, low carb, veggie, organic kefir click here for store locator.

The frozen bars each comes 6 in a pack, one bite and i was in heaven it taste like frozen yogurt very creamy deliciously and what i really liked its not sugary like other frozen yogurts i had purchased before. As shown in picture above is the coconut flavored bar, each bars are very refreshing especially to cool down fast from this hot weather plus what its perfect about the bars is that their gluten free, lactose free, zero trans fat and i can eat as many and not have the guilt of gaining calories or fat so its simply sinfully good and delicious! love it.

Pomegranate pint rich creamy very flavorful of all natural fruit it taste so pure like i was eating directly from the fruit. This pint is also gluten free, lactose free and zero trans fat. Soothes quickly from this weather and refreshes fast with the great taste of all naturalness that pack 10 live and active probiotic cultures.

Great products that are super low calories, enjoyable to eat and doesn't leave any bitter aftertaste like other probiotic frozen treats i had purchased before. Here's the site http://lifeway.net/ can follow on FacebookTwitterYoutube
