What an honor to review Duff Goldman cakes i was sent to review white mocha cake along with chocolate frosting and white frosting. Check out the other products i had reviewed from duff  Duff mini cupcakes nonstick baking pan review and cake mix and pan review. I must express how i really truly feel about duff he makes the most scrumptious cake mix ever! and the one i reviewed from him is the white mocha which has very easy instructions and easy to make. As you know i love baking but theirs one thing that really i had difficulties which others may find easy to do but everytime i do swirls in cake it could never come out the way it supposed to look and when i got this opportunity to review a cake with swirls i immediately jumped for joy. Instructions are easy all you need is two 8 inch round pans, 3 large eggs, 1 1/3 cup water, 2 tbsp oil then for espresso powder which you see in picture above the small package you sprinkle 1 tablespoon evenly over batter let it sit for 2-3 minutes then fold carefully and very gently into the batter and thats it very simply i was so hoping that the swirls would come out right. As it was baking in 350 degrees in oven i could smell the espresso smelled so scrumptious. Once both cakes are done and ready to put the filling which is the chocolate frosting after that i then spread evenly the white frosting all over cakes and chocolate frosting with a spatula spreading it evenly over the white frosting. 


















You can see from picture above the chocolate frosting in the middle which is the filling, the swirls of chocolate frosting over the white frosting and finally the whole cake looking so deliciously scrumptious and smelling like really espresso. The taste is amazing and the texture of the cake is so fluffy and extremely thick i had my cake with coffee and it was totally of what i had imagined the espresso cake would be with a side of cup of coffee very heavenly.
