I was sent to review a bottle of 200 veggie capsules of biotin for hair, & nails. Directions is take one capsule per day prior to food. The supplement never upset stomach nor given any other side effects. This has been the best supplement for my all my needs to maintain a healthy luscious hair, an incredible healthy and strong nails. Since reviewing, i noticed how less brittle my nails look, and stronger & longer my nails grew. My hair looks and feels more manageable than before with less split ends and definitely less dryness.
