I was sent to review a bottle of 60 softgel capsules of organic coconut oil. Directions is take 2 softgels once daily. The supplement is wonderful unlike other coconut oil supplements that i had bought that would upset and irritated my stomach but this one i had review have not done that at all nor never given any other side effects.
