I was sent a bottle of 120 softgel capsules of omega3 fish oil. The supplement helps supports healthy heart, joints, brain, skin and weight loss. The supplement is enteric coated which doesn't leave any fishy aftertaste and no fishy burbs. This supplement never upset my stomach unlike other omega3 that i had bought that does, plus it never given any other side effects. The softgel capsules are long but very easy to swallow.
