I was sent to review a bottle of 120 softgel capsules of extra virgin coconut oil. Directions is take 3 capsules 2 to 3 times daily with meal. This is a great quality of product to help maintain a good healthy lifestyle. What i like about this supplement is it never upset my stomach nor given any other side effects, plus it doesn't make me gasy unlike other coconut oil capsules i had bought does that. It has a lot of benefits (as mentioned above) and great for skin and hair. These capsules are so much better than the other coconut oil liquid i had been using, meaning its easier to take these capsules instead of taking liquid which some of the ones i had bought has a bitter taste.
