I was given this great opportunity to review vitamin E oil 30,000 IU, super antioxidant formula, lutein 40 mg with zeaxantthin, reserveage organics ultra collagen booster and naturvet aller-911 skin & coat allergy aid tabs. 

I take vitamins everyday i think its very important to me to live a healthy lifestyle and maintain good health functions from immune system to eye health but what i look for in vitamins is the ingredients has to contain all natural with no added or harmful ingredients and puritan's pride has those qualities that i had been looking for. 

I been taking all kinds of vitamins except for my eye health and now that i got to try lutein 40 mg with zeaxanthin i found this to be extremely important to maintain a good eye vision. Their softgel capsules doesn't have no odor and easy to swallow. Lutein is a maintenance for improving and supporting eye vision.

I had bought lots of vitamin E oil that no more than 4,000 IU but when i saw puritan's pride vitamin E 30,000 IU i knew i was going to be getting the best all natural pure vitamin E. Its a very thick oil i can really smell that pure vitamin E its smells great. What this vitamin E oil does its a skin moisturizer that protects and nourish the skin to keep its moisture and adds smoothness for a softer healthier looking appearance.
