I received to review a 8oz bag of 1st signature specialty Turkish coffee-finely ground (medium roast). The Turkish coffee bag has a Swiss nitrogen packing (as shown in the picture above), an expiration dated on the side of the bag and the finely coffee grounds have a delicious flavor notes of chocolatey/nutty. Tafech Coffee specialty-grade Mogiana coffee beans are sourced from Brazil's Mogiana mountains at a 900 meters high elevation above which creates a smooth well-balanced quality, flavor and aroma. Their coffee is low acid (easy on stomach) and non GMO/pesticides and produces a rich surface foam when brewing Turkish style (simmer in the long-handled pot) or fast brew (just add hot water & stir) coffee is compatible with Turkish coffee machines (not suitable for filter machines).
